|Races a lot|
Up until the start of March I'd been feeling terrific on runs. Then I had a whole bunch of races and now I feel dead. Does the following seem like too many races to do in that time period.
March 1st: 1600m, 3200m, 4X400m
March 3rd: 1600m, 800m
March 7th: 1600m, 800m, 4X400m
March 10th: 1600m
Overall 9 races in a period of 9 days. The first 1600m I ran in 4:49, then on the last 1600m I ran in 5:05. Am I over-raced? Can I bounce back with adequate recovery? Help me!
Other info: -we usually trained around 40-45mpw
