There are reasons with factual information that we will use anonymous sources and when we do protect their anonymity. When we use anonymous source or sources we realize there is a higher bar with what we report. We stand by the story 100%. It is way beyond speculation or Andrews not competing indoors. |

A coach leaving a program after a very short time is not uncommon at all. There are high school programs (albeit not xc/track) in my area that can't get a coach to stay any longer than two years. Many coaches today are all self-interest and no loyalty. |

It's good enough if the brojos provide timely information as done here. Leave their mangled English alone. There was a thread a few days ago saying that Andrews was gone because of a 15x400m cutdown workout. I don't know if that workout occurred or that was the reason but once again a letsrun thread about UVA scooped all the reporters. This could really help both Webb and Andrews if they can now train together without worrying about the NCAA limits. |

Why would he go with Johnny Gray? There is a coach who has taken him to great success in the same town as he lives in, and Johnny Gray was a completely different type of 800 runner than Andrews is (front running vs sit-and-kicking). |
