Pretty sure in the Running Times interview he said he was doing some triples. That makes 155mi much more likely than tripling for 155km. |

Yeah he had that massive kick vs Elliot Heath at the track regionals last year too. Ran like a 52 or 53 to run that 13:40 so he was probably fitter. Incredible how he can still have top notch closing speed with that mileage. |
