Here at headquarters, we are disappointed that protocol wasn't followed. 1) Someone should have called to let us know about this even if it was in the middle of the night. The employee manual says all instances impacting the reputation off LRC must be reported immediately to corporate. That being said, the updated version of the employee manual states that if the incident enhances the reputation of LRC then all breaches of employee decorum are accepted. And in this instance, the breach of professional decorum was led by the athlete. |
