he won the world youth title in 2009 in 7:51, in 2009 he also ran a 3k in 7:55 at altitude in nairobi.

Galen is hypothyroid when he train hard. Everyone knows this.

If he didnt have to take thyroxine to boost his thyroid he would be neck and neck with this kid, in my opinion.


Even with the disorder he is a 13:00 flat guy. Pretty damn good.

Ha! I just ran an 18:40 on a treadmill last night, I thought that was pretty good.
