Looks like a classic case of Bizuneh putting his mouth on times his feet can't reach. 2:09? Please. |

Bizuneh looks down on his ethiopian heritage. Huge sell out! I call him bizunesh |
| douglas burke |

when you end it with esh it refers to a female so bezuneh is a male name and bezunesh is a female name |

Cooler than any World Championships or Olympic games. Hopefully these guys never put on the USA uniform for a marathon. |
| peheksla;a;m |

none of you could go out there and throw down a half decent time maybe carney and bizuneh had off days and didnt feel too good during the race talking crap about others makes your days go by or what? smh |
| snakedoc09 |
| ||
|
sucks that it was these 2 guys who had the bad days. they had the fastest 10k pr's coming in and i read somewhere they were the favorites to put in the 2 fastest times. just not their day. any chance they late entry for new york? |

Yeah. We, ah, GET that. And it's BI-zuneh. But thanks for another riveting comment. |
| and your point is ?????? |

|
It once again proves how little a 10k has to do with predicting a marathon. |
| snakedoc09 |
| ||
|
yea i guess so, the write was talking about faster 10k guys converting over have that kick at the end, but you might have to make it to the final 10k for that speed to matter haha.. |
| brumby gully |

I have no problem with these guys dropping out if they're having a bad day. Why go to the well in the marathon when you're having an off day? Should either of these guys make the Olympic team and it's in a hot/humid place, they can heat-train for a few months beforehand. Think: Orlando, Houston. |
| be realistic |
| ||
|
They should have dropped out at 10k because they were already in a bad way. The goal was not realistic and the weather was a convenient excuse. |
| Aliens or Whatnot |
| ||
|
I don't think they viewed the hot weather as "convenient" after training for 6 months and flying all the way to Chicago. |
