Your "updated" list does not even contain the person mentioned directly above it who ran one of the fastest times on the list, 3:17, and is also the hottest one on the list

Ah, I doubt it. i dont think USATF takes treadmill times. I could be wrong but i think it has to be a certified road race. even though the treadmill was calibrated and all i dont think they would take it. If they did... think how many guys would try as a last chance attempt?
Yeah, but ...

Ali Landry is way slower but way hotter than Summer Sanders. Google 'em, like I did, and see for yourself.

I'll take summer over Ali any day. Maybe if Ali laid off the Doritos she might have broken 5 hours, Summer could swim that fast.

Ali was running with then boyfriend Mario Lopez. Note their times.

I think he held her back.

I like having this list but I think listing Rosie Ruiz is not a good thing. She is getting more exposure for not running more the 1K.

I'm trying to hunt down the fastest marathon times from an ironman event. I think Lothar Leder or Luke Van Leder(?) went sub six pace in Roth one year. And I'm certain Newby-Fraser went sub-3 and I don't think she's the fastest anymore. Any tri people out there in the know?
