Was there. He looked so smooth. Another FSU guy got the steeple qualifier as well. |

It's not just the 30th best time, it does actually mean he's No.30 on the list http://www.gbrathletics.com/uk/mb99.htm |
| 1:45 ... nice run |

41 performances to 1:44.45 by 7 athletes so not the 30th best time. Awesome run though, thats great to see. I'm sure a few people are wondering what he'll do in the 1500 in years to come. Whats happening with Ricky Soos? |

Great run by Lancashire! New p.b and track record. I hope he comes home and runs the European Championships, we need him.[/quote] Congrats to Tom, great run and some early season joy for British middle disatnce running. If he does run the European Championships - what chance of a medal or even gold!? Your a rubbish, clumsy oaf at football btw Emile. |

Good but not great - Craig Mottram ran 1:45 in training. |

Give him a few years. Then it will be him who does the destroying. |

Theres no need to get personal. I'm still in shock from not getting a call up for the world cup. Lancashire's time is not great in world terms but considering his age and the fact that he won the race (with a bit more left in the tank maybe)i think he ran very well. Lets hope he's not burned out by July/August time. |

Great run Tom. I wish you, Lemon, and the rest of the team good luck at Regionals and Nationals. Go Seminoles!!! |

Yuri B? Wait, don't tell me... Oh yeah, I know: he's that 800m runner guy! So he is totally irrelevant to Lancashire's prospects in his main event, the 1500m! |

Brilliant run by Lancashire he is a class act and the US collegiate system has been great for him 1:45.76 is a very good time in terms of european distance running. Maybe now some of our other brits will fast like Jimmy Watkins, Baddeley and McCormick. |
