It's not just the 30th best time, it does actually mean he's No.30 on the list

41 performances to 1:44.45 by 7 athletes

so not the 30th best time. Awesome run though, thats great to see. I'm sure a few people are wondering what he'll do in the 1500 in years to come.
Whats happening with Ricky Soos?

Congrats to Tom, great run and some early season joy for British middle disatnce running. If he does run the European Championships - what chance of a medal or even gold!?

Your a rubbish, clumsy oaf at football btw Emile.

Theres no need to get personal. I'm still in shock from not getting a call up for the world cup.

Lancashire's time is not great in world terms but considering his age and the fact that he won the race (with a bit more left in the tank maybe)i think he ran very well. Lets hope he's not burned out by July/August time.

Yuri B? Wait, don't tell me... Oh yeah, I know: he's that 800m runner guy! So he is totally irrelevant to Lancashire's prospects in his main event, the 1500m!

Brilliant run by Lancashire he is a class act and the US collegiate system has been great for him 1:45.76 is a very good time in terms of european distance running. Maybe now some of our other brits will fast like Jimmy Watkins, Baddeley and McCormick.
