Fun when other people post using your name... meh, whatever. I'm sure anyone of normal intelligence sees right through that one. Anyway, I spoke with the officer again today and he said that at that moment 2 cops were headed to the residence of the kids to make contact and that he didn't have any information for me yet, but he would call me tonight or on Sunday (ush) when he was on duty again. I was worried I was being blown off, but he did say "Dont worry, we'll get them" ... so I think they're taking the matter seriously. I'll keep you updated as I know more. The childishness may continue until then. |

Assaulted, best wishes for getting justice. As an aside, it's pathetically obvious that a few teenaged males, probably very similar to the idiots who screwed with Assaulted, are having girlish fun with ripping other peoples' names. You should realize that you are sad wastes of Internet bandwidth. |

I think everyone is missing something. Here is how this will probably go down. If the officers go and make contact with the kid driver (and the cops are not smart) they will say "Did you have incident with a jogger the other day?" Kid will say..Oh yea the guy that hit my car with his water bottle..I called you guys but noone called me back...I wanted to file a charge. I beeped to say Hi...or Good job...or "I thought I knew the guy. and this nut whips his water bottle he had in his hand and dented my car! He will show a small dent on his car. Then what happened. Well I slowed down and yelled at him but I did not want any problems. Oh also he flipped us me off cause I beeped. What were the names of the other kids in car? Oh I don't know them....I picked them up hitchhiking I see them at the mall...Jeff and Mike something. Or he will say the real names and call the guys with the story. All I did was beep and slow down as..(maybe he wanted you to be safe as he was coming by, or he thought you were his good friend etc. Unless the cops think..before contacting him...and say something like, we have witness (however you were way out, he knows there were no witnesses) or we talked to your friends already so don't lie to us or will book you right now etc. But odds are cops won't think first and they will come back saying they claim you threw your SIX POUND water bottle you were holding and he wants to charge for criminal mischief. Alot depends on how much time the kid has to think...but don't be surprised if you end up hearing how you whipped rocks and pulled out a RPG and fired on them. If he sees the cops and doesn't open the door or is not home...it could be weeks before he comes in with the REAL STORY of how you fired the RPG across the hood of the car....unless you got a smart and sly cop on this...just food for thought.
