Boaz Lalan is a Kenyan runner who was awsome in Kenya. He was originally planning to go to Kansas State, but because he has friends at Rend Lake College in Ina, Illinois, he chose to go there. He is enjoying success academically and in running at RLC. The Kenyan men from RLC are very bright and extremely wonderful young men. They have come to a community college because they had to take the SAT's in English, and thus were unable to score as high as they needed to in order to meet NCAA regulations. After two years at a community college, they will be proficient enough in English and will show with their grades that they belong at a university. Any university lucky enough to get them will not only get incredible runners but more importantly, men with first class characters who will enrich the lives of anyone they come into contact with. |

He looked pretty good in that mile at Tyson. He's only 20 and seems to have a lot of potential. Does anybody else think that this kid could become a real banger on the world stage? What do you think? |

yeah he is a great runner! 3:58x at tyson.. at a juco? this guy is gonna be crazy good when he goes big time and then even after college.. he will be a world class runner! |
