Not only the people she beat made her 22.11 IMPRESSIVE; however, the fact that it was run into a -0.5 wind is indication she can run that time OR FASTER at sea level with say +1.0 to +1.9 wind (legal).

her 22.11 at altitude converts to 22.30 at sea level.

I have seen it stated elsewhere that the track is very old, how much difference would a fast track make.

AS I stated Sulab Patel that with a legal positive wind she could run 22.11 or faster at sea level! The converted 22.30 you came up with may be sea level; however, it is still with a negative wind.
