Japan 18-year-old Nozomi Tanaka dominated hte women's 3000 to win by almost 10-seconds in 9:04.36 while Japan set a MR in the women's 4x400 (3:38.20).
Japan went 1-2 in the women's 800 with Ayaka Kawata taking the win (2:04.14).
