LRC 2019 Bislett Games Recap: McLaughlin and Warholm (NR) Win, Chepkoech Loses, Coleman Runs a WL, and Norway's Dream For The Dream Mile is Denied

Sydney McLaughlin got a win her in her 400 hurdle Diamond League debut, Christian Coleman ran a world lead in the 100, Beatrice Chepkoech suffered a rare loss in the women's steeple and the hometown fans' dream of a Norwegian victory in both the 400 hurdles and Dream Mile did not become reality as Marcin Lewandowski beat Jakob Ingebrigtsen yet again.

European-athletics:

Henrik wants Marius Bakken's 7:40.77 NR in the 3k. Filip, who set a family record in the 5000 last week (13:11), and Jakob both want to win the Dream Mile

World Athletics:

He's got a point - opening at 9.86, a time only 15 men in world history have beaten is pretty darn good.
