Meb Keflezighi, Ryan Hall, and Galen Rupp on NYRR Live Video Show Before 2011 NYC Half Marathon

In advance of this Sunday's star studded NYC Half Marathon, the New York Road Runners are having live shows this week (Thursday and Friday) from Times Square with professional broadcaster Bruce Beck and former London Times sports writer David Powell.
Thursday's live show featured the top 3 American contenders: 2009 ING NYC Marathon Champion Meb Keflezighi, the only American to ever break one hour for the half-marathon, Ryan Hall, and the new comer to the half-marathon, American 5000m indoor record holder Galen Rupp.
You can rewatch the show in it's entirety below. It is 30 minutes.
What we found most interesting was Ryan Hall discussing more about his training and being self-coached and how he is now incorporating more rest in his training than when he was coached by Terrence Mahon. The broadcasters also paid tribute to American marathoner, Sally Meyerhoff, who died in the tragic bicycle accident last week.
Friday's live show is at 12 noon eastern and Sunday's race starts at 7:30 am eastern with live coverage starting at 7:00 am. Full start lists here.
Thursday's Live Broadcast Replay: With Meb Keflezighi, Ryan Hall, and Galen Rupp
