Training Talk Episode Four: LetsRun.com's Weldon Johnson
by: LetsRun.com
February 11, 2010
LetsRun.com's Weldon Johnson (Wejo), who went from being a guy who never finished in the top 25 of his collegiate cross country conference meet to 4th in the nation at USATFs at 10k twice (behind Meb Keflezighi, Abdi Abdirahman and Alan Culpepper), was the featured guest on the fourth edition of training talk.
We'll have a longer textual recap of the show later, but you can listen to the show in the embedded player below.
A great starting point for Wejo's training advice is his article, "Why I Sucked in College."
Wejo also is full of praise of the running book on the mental side of running, "Running Within."
Listen below or you can download into itunes on the show page. We will write up some of the highlights later.
