LetsRun.com 2006 NCAA Division 1 Cross Country Polls and Regional Predictions: Wisconsin and Stanford Still on Top
by: LetsRun.com
Nov 8, 2006

The LetsRun.com NCAA polls let the smartest track and field minds in the country, the letsrun.com viewers, decide who the top teams in the country and each conference are.

*Current Coaches Polls Here

The Wisconsin men and Stanford women remain like they have all year- on top of the LetsRun.com NCAA Cross Country Polls.

There was not a lot of change in the polls as a result of last weekend's conference action. The Arkansas men rebounded from a loss to UTEP to dominate the SEC and move up one spot to #3. On the women's side, Michigan vaulted two spots to #2 on the basis of its Big 10 win.

In the regional action (the top 2 teams in each region automatically qualify for nationals), the Stanford and Oregon men should battle it out west for the regional crown just like they did last week at the Pac 10 meet.
